Thanksgiving
Whew! Thanksgiving is essentially over for me. This year I had 15 people over including myself and Airi. My aunt, uncle, cousins, cousin's wife and kids, my brother, sister-in-law, nephew, and parents were over at my place. I was going to cook for all of them. I had never cooked for so many people before, so I had to make sure there was enough food. The main course was garlic studded prime rib. Then I had some Honey Baked Ham. Macadamia crusted Mahi Mahi. For vegetables, we had corn, spicy green beans, and carrots and celery that was baked with the prime rib. And finally Airi made mushroom rice pilaf. Everything was made from scratch and it took longer than I had projected. I started at 3pm and thought we'd be eating at 6pm, but we didn't eat til 7:30pm. Overall, I'm quite happy with how the food turned out. I knew it was a success as people were having seconds. Thanks to Airi for doing the dishes :P
I don't know if I will be able to cook for so many again, but perhaps once a year isn't so bad.

Awesome, Steve!! Who knew you were the culinary genius?
I thought you knew!
Jenn, I think you might even like the Mahi Mahi.
Next time you make it, invite us over or save me a piece.
