I had not even heard about this movie when I came across the trailer. Looks awesome to me. However, I am partial to epic stories like this. Supposed to be based on a true story of the Spartans fighting Persians.

and it's Frank Miller, same guy who's responsible for Sin City. the trailer makes it look awesome.
I think if you were to look it up, there WERE 300 or so Spartans trying to do their thing, but they weren't alone. They had some help by another army that numbers in the thousands.
Still though, sounds better as 300 vs. Everyone :)
I'm gonna see it.
