Steve: 1, Mia: 14

So this week ends my four week parental leave. The first two weeks were tough. Mia would not take the bottle, she only wanted milk directly from the source. There were a couple of times where she drank from the bottle, but then she would refuse it again. After some persistence, she finally decided the bottle wasn't so bad after two weeks. The last two weeks have been rather enjoyable since she will now eat so she naps longer and stays up longer (without crying!). Taking parental after she turned 4 months old was a good idea. She's much more alert, smiles often, and generally fun. However, starting Monday, she'll be in day care, so we'll see how that goes.
