House for sale
Our old house is finally on the market. After we had moved out of it about 2 years ago, we decided to rent it out. Now it's time to sell it. Rather than continuing to rent it out, we can avoid paying income taxes on the gains of the sale if we sell it within a year. The photos actually turned out pretty good (the furniture is from the tenets).

Thanks! I kinda wished I had just sold it when we moved out, but I guess we couldn't have guessed how the market was going to go.
