Man vs Machine

In Chess, machine has continually improved where it regularly beats grand masters. Checkers has claimed to be solved so that a machine will never lose to man or another machine. You can play against the computer here: http://www.cs.ualberta.ca/~chinook/

To mitigate the luck factor, the way this is played is that both pros will play the computer program at the same time. However, in one session if the pro has Hand1 and the computer Hand2, then in the second session, the pro has Hand2 and the computer has Hand1. So the final result is a comparison between how the pros and how the computer handle playing exactly the same hands.
